OVERVIEW
The neuroscientists at Nurture create design-led products to aid brain development after birth. I worked with the founders to create a brand identity that would feel intelligent and stylish. They wanted a brand that would feel more at home in an indie kids shop rather than a high street retailer.
They had an existing illustration based on the product, which I used as a starting point and expanded by introducing a playful primary palette with softer tones to add sophistication. Exploring the shapes, I created a pattern that, when cropped, resembled cells viewed through a microscope, enhancing the design's scientific and artistic appeal. The logo and typography was kept simple to align with the desired minimalistic vibe. Additionally, we developed a complex suite of instructional packaging to complement the overall design.
